Our apartment is located in an excellent central area, located in front of the Devesa Park (a public park of monumental trees). Located on the second floor of a residential building with elevator. The dining room and bedroom have windows that open onto an inner courtyard. Located in a privileged and quiet area of the city, less than 10 minutes walk from the Old Town of Girona and the train and bus station. In front of the building there is a large municipal car park (free at night). Free parking is available 100 feet from the roundabout.

Apartment completely renovated, with capacity for five people. It consists of kitchen dining room, a bathroom and a room and all the necessary services to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

In Girona, as in the rest of Catalonia, a tourist tax per day of stay is established. It costs 1€ per adult per day. Please note that children under 17 years old do not have to pay for it. Long stays are paid for the first 7 days.
